Choose a ball that fits under your feet. You can also go for lacrosse balls, which are made especially for decreasing muscle pain.

Stand, hold on to something, and place a ball under the arches of your feet. Apply pressure on the ball. Roll it up and down your feet, and then sideways in circles. Do this technique for about a minute.

4. FOOT MASSAGE FOUR: SQUEEZE YOUR SOLES

While you’re massaging yourself, go for our signature Massage Sikasoks. They offer zone therapy, or reflexology, that massages your whole body through your feet. The socks are even labeled for you to know where to massage your feet that correspond to a particular body part.
