• 20% polyamide fabric (for design and elasticity)

• 2% elastane (to fit different types of feet shapes).

Khayamiya is a style of appliqué used across the Middle East to decorate tents and screens during Ramadan and other special events. They are now primarily made in Cairo, Egypt, along a covered market known as the Street of Tentmakers. While their designs remain popular, the occupation of ‘tentmaker’ is endangered.
